The teddy bear in the one also holds code that unlocks a safe in the prime ministers basement that has maybe a file and its all the knowledge they currently have on the instruction manual and then eventually the assassin and the corner shop owner end up discovering the instruction manual to life but then ultimately destroys the universe in doing so.

What is the reason for entanglement? Teddy bear that has a small chip in it which has all the real information that leads to the complete proof of the mass murderer being completely exonerated and putting the current prime minister in the firing line.

The mass murderer is being released due to insufficient evidence for a crime he didn’t commit and the killings are all of one family – the prime minister’s adopted cousin who is only known to be adopted by him, legally he’s his family but even the cousin doesn’t know they are related.

The hired assassin is on a job that requires a quick clean kill but also requires him to set the mass murderer up for a full conviction and link him to the original killings.

The shop keeper is the prime ministers secretly adopted cousin and owns a corner shop in Cornwall. He is also unaware that whilst growing up his new cousin killed his entire old family to try and convince him that no one but the new family cared about him.

The shop keeper has given the teddy bear to his new born son and the baby has it with him at all times. 

The Beginning: The Prime Minister gives the order to assassinate the suspect’s girlfriend after she has been tricked into cheating and has been found out by the suspect. This will give the jury no reason not to send him down and the conspiracy is never brought to light.

The Middle: ID5453 is following the girlfriend for months, noting down all of routines, her habits and her weaknesses to eventually find out where her getting killed is most believable to a jury. You also find out that the teddy bear hold the information that proves the innocence of Jake and holds enough evidence to put Tom in jail for life. The story becomes a mass hunt to find this bear.

The Ending: The hired assassin eventually is in the situation where he has a choice, follow orders and kill the child or turn on his superiors and try to bring the conspiracy down....He opens the door to his old apartment before he got into assassinations, he goes to his old bedroom and behind a mirror is a hole and in that hole is an old wallet, inside the wallet is a rough looking, folded picture of two young children, one no more than 6 (the girl) and one no more than 12 (the boy).

The Conspiracy Break down: ID5453 goes rouge and disappears from government radar. He hides for two years looking after the child with his secret sister in the Isle of Man but to get there he has to cross country, from Birmingham to The Isle of Man.

The Finale: The prime minister is jailed for mass murder for life, admits he only did it because after his parents dieing at such a young age he felt alone so extremely that he needed something even remotely like a family and befriended his new cousin only to stay close to him and killed his original family so they had something in common, great loss. He is now known as Tom Con, the Prime Murderer.
